We have chefs trained in high-end hospitality schools, who use their knowledge and creativity to transform quality ingredients into the delicious results you find on your plate.

Our partners supply us with only premium ingredients: the Angus beef comes from Uruguay, a top country for beef farming; the lamb comes from New Zeeland, the most important supplier for lamb meat; we import the Salmon from Norway, a country widely recognised for Salmon production; and Sea Bass and Sea Bream end up on your plate after being fished out of the warm waters of Greece (fished, not farmed!).
